I’m still flicking through the 50 things to do before you are 11 3/4.
No.16: ‘Bury someone in the sand’. It has a good tip “don’t forget to leave their head sticking out….”.
Knowing how my kids can get into their games I guess this is a necessary warning.

Earlier today I dropped in to say hello to a great client that I worked for seven years ago, it was really good to see how the stone walls have aged. Seems like only a year ago that I was here building this wall.

Launch of the new web site

The new Copper Beech Fine landscaping web site went live today. Its taken a while but I’m really pleased with it.
The inspiration for the general lay out came from several landscape photographers web sites. Have a look at Peter Watson who has some beautiful work as well as a very nice site.

I wanted the site to be simple in order to show off the landscaping work that Copper Beech do. If you have any comments about the new site I would be very grateful for your thoughts.

A wet week

Just finished a stock fence around a garden on the Callow in Hereford. The fence was at the bottom of a steep bank, it rained, a lot.

I’ve been reading the National Trust’s ’50 things to do before you’re 11 3/4′. I think this should be incorporated into the school curriculum: No.4 Build a den.
“Choose a dry flat spot for the most solid den………… It could help to start by leaning sticks against a low branch like a wig-wam”.
